The Tree Of Death
by Charles E S Fairey
Behold I Am The Tree Of Death
I Foretold All My Secrets With Every Dying Breath,
The Ancients buried me inside the Ancient Tree’s hollow
So that my flock could listen, hear, speak and follow,
For I Am the Most Ancient Druid Master
My initiates worship the Tree, my Eternal Grandmaster.
Behold I Am The Tree Of Life
I Unfold My Secrets With Golden Sickle and Scythe,
My Order inserted me into this Ancient Tree
So that my Sacred Grove would Forever See
All my Secrets whilst I was dead and True
And my intuition surround me alive and knowledge do!
Behold I Am The Tree Of Death
I Foretold All My Secrets With Every Dying Breath,
For I Am the flesh, the blood and the bone
That grew into the Tree of Death’s Immortal Throne,
My children around me grow and into Secrets told
From Me, the Tree of Death, Ancient and Eternal Olde.
Behold I Am The Tree Of Life
I Unfold My Secrets With Golden Sickle and Scythe,
I Am the centre of the Sacred Grove my Tree erect
My children one day shall adorn me and reflect,
For the centre of the stones was a Tree of Death
His circle, His descendant trees given life by immortal breath,
For I Am the marriage between death and life
And my mistletoe my children cut with gold sickle and scythe.
Behold I Am The Tree Of Death
I Foretold All My Secrets With Every Dying Breath,
Those that follow me listen to the wind in my leaves
And the Secrets of Death my descendant believes,
For they have embraced the Master who is both death and life
For he is the Tree with Immortal Knowledge in constant Writhe.
Behold I Am The Tree Of Life
I Unfold My Secrets With Golden Sickle and Scythe,
My flesh, blood and bone has grown into Ancient Tree
I Am here as all realms, I Am still with thee,
The Master never ever left, he speaks to us from the Dead
And you hear my teaching and I hear what was said,
For I Am the Centre of the Sacred Grove
You stand with your mind in the sky, and the earth beneath your toes,
Yet Am I not betwixt the branches and roots
Your head with skyclad knowledge and Green Man boots,
Listen to my leaves as they whistle in the wind
For you have followed and learnt from what you sinned,
And so too You must embrace the Tree of Life
And my circle of immortality, you must suckle with writhe
Because I unfold my Secrets with golden sickle and scythe.
Behold I Am The Tree Of Death
I Foretold All My Secrets With Every Dying Breath,
I Am the World Tree; its Realms, above and below
And all life and death into me I see doth flow,
I stand with the Living betwixt heaven and hell
And I have the Grandmaster of Death’s Secrets to tell,
Until my limbs and branches to earthly shadow fall
And the Wolf hears the End and Ragnarok doth call,
I shall stand proud over my children of the Tree
And they will have learnt and taught everything that I ever See,
For I stand at the centre of the Sacred Grove
Your head in my limbs and my roots within your toes!
Behold I Am The Tree Of Life
I Unfold My Secrets With Golden Sickle And Scythe,
I watch over my flock with loving zeal
Imbuing you with truth and heavenly seal,
My ritual repeated with those who surround the Master
My flesh, blood and bone transformed into the Grandmaster,
The light and darkness and the winds and rains
Teach thee the Secrets of Death who without heavenly hall eternally reigns.
To My Descendants, Listen To The Tree Of Death
For My Secrets Unfold With Each Untold Breath,
Behold I Am The Tree Of Death
And I Forever Uphold Sky And Earth With Each Dying Breath,
For I Am The Marriage Between Death And Life
For My Mistletoe, My Children Cut With Golden Sickle And Scythe,
For those that listen Ragnarok if but a door
And my teachings of thy roots and limbs. initiates must adore,
For my Face exists within every Ancient Tree
To embrace me everything above and below you must See,
For I Am The Tree Of Death And Life
And I Cut Weeds With My Gold Sickle And Scythe
All In My Shadow For Their Master Is Writhe,
Behold I Am The Tree Of Life and Death
I Foretold Every Secret With Each And Every Dying Breath!
